Addressing Concerns
Why does the stainless steel bottom have spots or "rust" after use? Spots are caused by minerals in the water. The inner stainless steel bottom has been treated with anti-oxidation technology, but it cannot completely prevent mineral deposits. Boiling a pot of lemonade can help wash out these spots.
Can I heat up just one cup of water or do I need a certain amount? We recommend using more than 500ml of water at a time, which still heats up very quickly.
Can I use vinegar to clean the kettle? Yes, you can. Add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of vinegar, boil the mixture, and let it sit for an hour. Then, pour out the mixture and wipe off any remaining scaling with a non-abrasive cloth, sponge, or cleaning brush. Repeat as needed.
